About Us
Human Cooperative Systems was created to study how pressure influences behavior inside organizations.
Our Approach
Our work combines three ideas:
Systems Thinking
Organizations function as interconnected systems rather than isolated roles or departments.
Pressure Literacy
Understanding how pressure alters attention, judgment, and coordination improves leadership decision-making.
Practical Diagnostics
Simple tools can reveal patterns that are otherwise difficult to detect.
