The System Pressure Snapshot
The System Pressure Snapshot (SPS) is a short diagnostic designed to explore one question:
Is pressure beginning to influence how work gets done inside this system?
- Organizations often operate under demanding conditions.
- Deadlines accelerate.
- Information multiplies.
- Expectations increase.
These pressures can gradually reshape how attention and decisions move through the organization.
The SPS helps detect these shifts.
What the Survey Explores
The survey identifies patterns suggesting that pressure may be influencing:
- attention allocation
- information processing
- decision patterns under constraint
- priority stability
These patterns can be difficult to see from inside everyday operations.
Early Research Phase
Human Cooperative Systems is currently gathering experience with the instrument across a variety of organizations and operating environments.
Participation helps us refine our understanding of how pressure behaves in real-world systems.
What Participants Receive
Participants receive a short interpretation of the results and guidance on what the patterns may suggest.
In some cases, organizations choose to explore the results further through deeper discussion.
Time Required
The survey takes approximately 7–9 minutes to complete.
